Role:

We’re looking for a Social Media Assistant who lives and breathes content, thrives on creative collaboration, and can execute with precision.

Your role is to ensure Uplevel Entrepreneur’s brand presence stays active, professional, and engaging across all social platforms. You’ll help manage posting, engagement, and reputation — while supporting the team with ideas, trends, and coordination with influencers and partners.

You’ll be a key player in ensuring our message stays clear, our audience stays growing, and our brand stays protected.

responsibilities:

* Manage all Uplevel social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X).
* Schedule and post content following established brand guidelines and processes.
* Monitor inboxes and comments — respond, escalate, or manage as needed.
* Report and handle fraudulent or impersonation accounts quickly.
* Collaborate with the marketing and media teams to generate new content ideas.
* Interact with other influencers and thought leaders in the space to increase visibility.
* Maintain posting consistency, engagement tracking, and community tone.
* Track performance metrics and share weekly reports with key highlights.
* Stay up to date on platform trends and suggest ways to optimize content strategy.

qualifications:

* Proven experience in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X).
* Proficient in community engagement, storytelling, and social media analytics.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
* Experience with software such as Manychats, Asana, and Loom.
* Strong attention to detail in content creation.
* Excellent communication skills for remote team collaboration and community interaction.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant social media management experience.

measures of success:

Consistency: Posts published across all active platforms 5–7 days a week.
Engagement: Improved engagement rates month over month.
Response Time: All DMs and comments addressed within 24 hours.
Reputation: Fraudulent accounts reported within 24 hours of discovery.
Collaboration: Weekly reports and idea contributions that align with brand goals.

hours:

* Minimum of 40 hours per week

salary:

For this role, compensation is based on both Salary and Company Profitability Bonuses and Value Add Bonuses. Your base compensation range would be between $36,000 to $40,000 per year, depending on the your experience and qualifications. Bonuses can be as high as 40% of your base salary.
