Role:

As the Community Support Specialist at Uplevel Entrepreneur, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Your contribution is vital to cultivating a supportive environment in our Uplevel Community, fostering business growth and financial literacy for our clients.

responsibilities:

* Engage with community members and clients subscribed to our Uplevel Community through various channels, including email, chat, and social media.
* Provide timely and helpful support to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical challenges, such as login problems and access issues.
* Answer general questions and inquiries about our programs, services, and resources.
* Foster a positive and vibrant community atmosphere by creating buzz, facilitating discussions, and encouraging participation in different groups and forums.
* Assist with administrative tasks across various aspects of the business, including granting manual access to courses, sending agreements, and handling disputes, refunds, and other customer service-related matters.

qualifications:

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear instructions for resolution.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Experience in community engagement, customer support, or related fields preferred.
* Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.

* Minimum of 40 hours per week
