Collaborate with clients to design and implement strategic wealth structures across Non-Passive, Passive, Portfolio, and Personal income streams
Guide clients through advanced planning in the areas of Asset Protection, Estate Planning, and Tax Strategy.
Educate clients by clearly explaining complex financial and legal concepts in simple, actionable language
Maintain detailed documentation of client strategy, planning decisions, and structural recommendations
Participate in internal training and strategy calls to stay up to date on proprietary structures and evolving planning strategies
Foster long-term client relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and high-performance results
Active license as a JD, CPA, or CFP (required)
Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning, legal advisory, tax strategy, or high-level financial consulting
Strong working knowledge of Trusts, especially the practical uses of Revocable vs. Irrevocable structures
Understanding of how to use LLCs across various states for asset protection and entity layering
Experience advising high-earning individuals and business owners (typically earning $500K–$3M net per year and paying $100K+ in taxes)
Proven ability to think strategically and connect legal, tax, and financial frameworks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing environments
Comfortable working remotely with the ability to attend in-person meetings if needed
