Role:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll have a critical role in helping the CEO prioritize time and resources effectively. You’ll manage day-to-day activities, coordinate key projects, and serve as a vital link between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. This role requires high organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel.

  • Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.

  • Communicate on behalf of the CEO, handling internal and external inquiries.

  • Support strategic projects, conducting research and following through on deadlines.

  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various departments.

  • Organize special events and team activities as needed.

qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in executive support, preferably for C-level executives.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Self-starter with a proactive, “can-do” attitude and a knack for anticipating needs.

hours:

* Minimum of 40 hours per week

salary:

For this role, compensation is based on both Salary and Company Profitability Bonuses and Value Add Bonuses. Your based compensation range would be between $60,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on the your experience and qualifications. Every year you will be able to earn up to 40% of your base salary via our bonus structure.
