Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel.
Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.
Communicate on behalf of the CEO, handling internal and external inquiries.
Support strategic projects, conducting research and following through on deadlines.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various departments.
Organize special events and team activities as needed.
2+ years of experience in executive support, preferably for C-level executives.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Self-starter with a proactive, “can-do” attitude and a knack for anticipating needs.
Effective management of the CEO’s schedule.
Completion of projects on time and to a high standard.
Strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
High level of responsiveness and proactive problem-solving.
