Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and enhancing our HR functions, ensuring a seamless alignment between our organizational goals and our employees' needs. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in HR best practices, who can foster a positive work environment and contribute to our mission of wealth creation and financial literacy.

responsibilities:

*  Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
* Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
* Oversee employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts.
* Administer employee benefits programs and manage payroll processes.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
* Implement performance management systems and conduct performance reviews.
* Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
* High level of integrity and professionalism.
* Commitment to company values and culture.

measures of success:

* Recruitment efficiency and effectiveness (time-to-hire, quality of hire, candidate experience)
* Employee retention and satisfaction (turnover rate, employee satisfaction and exit interview insights)
* HR Operations and Administration (Accuracy of HR Records and payroll processing)

hours:

* Minimum of 40 hours per week

salary:

To be determined based on experience and qualifications.
