Role:

As the PR Specialist at Uplevel Entrepreneur, you'll play a pivotal role in securing opportunities for us to participate in prominent events and connect with wider audiences and industry peers. Your contribution is essential to advancing our growth trajectory and maximizing our media presence.

responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic public relations campaigns to enhance the visibility and reputation of Uplevel Entrepreneur and its CEO, Edward Collins.

* Secure speaking engagements and opportunities for Edward Collins to serve as a keynote speaker at industry events, podcast, conferences, and seminars.

* Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to generate positive media coverage and press opportunities for the company and its leadership.

* Draft press releases, media pitches, and other written materials to communicate key messages and initiatives to the media and public.

* Provide media training and support to Edward Collins to prepare him for interviews, speaking engagements, and media appearances.

* Monitor media coverage and industry trends, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize public relations strategies and tactics.

* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, and social media, to align public relations efforts with overall business objectives and messaging.

qualifications:

* Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or communications, with a strong track record of securing press coverage and speaking opportunities for executives or public figures.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages.

* Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to effectively engage with media contacts, industry influencers, and other stakeholders.

* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute integrated PR campaigns that support business goals and objectives.

* Experience in media training and crisis communications is a plus.

* Knowledge of the entrepreneurship, business, or personal development industries is preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.*
