Role:

As the Sales Manager at Uplevel Entrepreneur, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and business expansion by leading and motivating a high-performing sales team. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. With your leadership and guidance, the sales team will achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values.

responsibilities:

* Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's vision and mission.
* Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's client base.
* Provide guidance and support to sales team members, including training, coaching, and performance management.
* Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.  
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and brand.

qualifications:

* Proven experience (5+ years) in a sales leadership role, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a sales team.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
* Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving business objectives.
* Analytical skills to interpret sales data and metrics and make data-driven decisions.
* Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques, with the ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
* Experience in the financial services industry or related field is a plus.
* Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.

* Minimum of 40 hours per week
