IS THIS FOR YOU?:

We’re seeking a Sales Manager who will own our sales systems, lead our sales team, and ensure every client interaction reflects the highest levels of compliance, professionalism, and performance. This is not a maintenance role — it’s a builder’s role. You’ll design and refine a scalable sales system, coach reps, and drive accountability to hit and exceed revenue targets.

responsibilities:

  • Review and audit sales calls to ensure compliance and alignment with company standards.

  • Create and optimize a repeatable, scalable sales process. 

  • Enhance pre-call preparation and post-call follow-up systems. 

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently perform at high levels. 

  • Set clear sales targets and execute strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals. 

  • Partner with leadership to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. 

  • Report on sales metrics, team performance, and pipeline health.

qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in high-ticket B2B or professional services

  • Proven track record of building repeatable sales systems and driving team success. 

  • Strong understanding of compliance standards in sales conversations.

  • Experience coaching and developing sales reps to consistently hit quotas. 

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills. 

  • Process-driven, detail-oriented, and relentless in pursuit of results. Alignment with our Vision, Mission, and Values.

measures of success:

  • Sales team consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets.
  • Compliance standards are upheld in 100% of calls reviewed. 
  • A documented, repeatable sales process is implemented and adopted company-wide. 
  • Sales team engagement, performance, and retention improve under your leadership. 
  • Conversion rates increase due to improved pre-call and post-call systems.

hours:

* Minimum of 40 hours per week

salary:

For this role, compensation is based on both Salary and Commission. Your based compensation range will depend on the your experience and qualifications. Commissions for the role are open for negotiation. Target Compensation - [$150k - Unlimited]
