Role:

As a Profit Concierge, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring financial success for our clients. Your responsibilities include expertly preparing and reviewing tax returns, providing strategic tax planning advice, and embodying our values of exceeding expectations, generational wealth creation, extreme ownership, unapologetic capitalism, fiduciary excellence, and a stoic mindset. responsibilities:

* Manage and keep the books of your assigned clients

* Collaborate with our clients to get any information needed through our Slack Channel

* Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Semiannual, and Annual Financial Reports (Balance Sheet, P&Ls, and Statement of Cashflow)

* Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses.

* Provide expert advice on tax planning and strategies to optimize clients' financial positions based on our Tax Strategy Approach

* Stay current with tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

* Collaborate with clients and team members to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional value.

* Embrace extreme ownership in managing tax-related outcomes.

qualifications:

* Enrolled Agent designation.

* Proven experience as a tax preparer for both Business (1120, 1120-S, 1065, etc.) and Individual Returns (1040s)

* Experience in software such as QuickBooks Online and ProConnect

* In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

* Strong commitment to fiduciary excellence and operating within legal bounds.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Minimum of 40 hours per week
