Role:

In the role of Client Success Advisor at Uplevel Entrepreneur, you will take on a crucial responsibility in walking our clients through our program and services, and nurturing one-on-one engagement. Your contribution will be instrumental in leveraging the best possible service and experience to our clients. 

responsibilities:

* Become a "Client Success Advisor," guiding clients through our processes.
* Review and organize client documents in our CRM - TaxDome.
* Track client success and progress within our program.
* Take notes for client meetings to keep the team informed.
* Manage client onboarding processes.
* Collaborate with in-house and outside counsel for legal document drafting and execution.
* Communicate with clients weekly.
* Debrief the team on client situations every two weeks.

qualifications:

* Background in managing documents for clients.
* Proficient in English.
* Strong understanding of professional communication with high-profile individuals.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients.
* Experience with software like Zoom, TaxDome (not required), Loom, G-Mail, Slack, and Miro.
* Excellent attention to detail in spelling, document review, and data sharing.
* Strong communication skills for remote team collaboration.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in client management and administration.

hours:

* Minimum of 40 hours per week

salary:

For this role, compensation is based on both Salary and Company Profitability Bonuses and Value Add Bonuses. Your base compensation range would be between $38,000 to $42,000 per year, depending on the your experience and qualifications. Bonuses can be as high as 40% of your base salary.
