Uplevel Community Credit Redemption Form

All courses found in the UPLEVEL Premium Community are now immediately unlocked without the need for credits for every member of the Premium Community

Frequent Asked Questions:

  • ​Can I get a refund if I paid for credits in the past? Refunds are available for credits purchased after January 15, 2025. However, if you bought credits before our program modifications, they are non-refundable.
Uplevel Community Credit System Frequently Asked Questions:
  • How do I get credits? You get credits just by being a Uplevel Community Member at the UPLEVEL Premium or UPLEVEL Essential Tier! Every month, on the date you made the original Uplevel Community payment, we'll add three credits or one credit to your account base on your Tier Level! (Premium = 3 Credits/mo; Essentials = 1 credit/mo.)
  • Can I purchase more credits? Yes, you can purchase more credits HERE.
  • How many credits does it take to unlock a class?  Some classes take 1 credit, others can only be unlocked based on your membership Tier.
  • ​Do credits roll over? Yes, your credits roll over to the next month.
  • What happens if I cancel my membership? Can you hold on to my credits? No, if you cancel your membership, you'll instantly lose all credits and classes you've acquired and will have to start back from the beginning if you join Uplevel Community again.
