Video Production Assistant

We are essentially a Media Company that just happens to guide business owners in their Journey Toward Financial Independence by teaching them the Secrets of Wealth Creation, Accumulation, and Protection. That being said, we are constantly creating content that our Audience deems valuable.  We are looking for a dedicated, creative, technician to assist in all things video production related.
  • Act as Videographer for Remote and On-Site Video Production Projects

As a Social Media Manager at Uplevel Entrepreneur, you will play a pivotal role in uniting our social media strategy with our broader business strategy. You won't be responsible for content creation, but rather for ensuring the efficient operation of our social media channels. Your primary focus will be on scheduling, organizing, reviewing, and continually engaging with our audience to maintain order and maximize the impact of our existing content. This role requires a strong ability to manage the behind-the-scenes aspects of social media while still aligning it with our business goals. With 500k followers on TikTok, 900k on Instagram, 800k on Facebook, and 20k on YouTube, we're ready to take our social media strategy to the next level, and we need your expertise to help us monetize this incredible potential.
  • ​Manage the scheduling and organization of content across all social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and strategic posting schedule
  • ​Review content to maintain high quality and adherence to brand guidelines, while also optimizing it for each platform.

Our target audience is extremely discriminating with regard to where they invest their time and attention. Our video content needs to be on point in order to win that time and attention. That being said, we are looking for a skilled technician in all things Pre and Post Production Video Editing. Having an Extremely High Level of Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is a REQUIREMENT. Having a High Level of Proficiency with the Remainder of Adobe Creative Cloud is an added plus.

As a Funnel Builder Specialist at Uplevel Entrepreneur, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our conversion pathways, sales processes, and lead generation strategies. Your role will involve not only building funnels but also managing the end-to-end process, including team collaboration, integration with third-party services, rigorous testing, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
  • ​Create and manage a variety of funnels, including Sales Funnels, Book Funnels, Lead Magnets, and more.
  • ​Utilize your expertise in Click Funnels software (both Classic and 2.0) to build high-converting funnels.
  • ​Ensure seamless integration with third-party tools and services, such as Stripe, Active Campaign, and other essential integrations. 
  • ​Manage and coordinate funnel creation projects, leading team members in the creation of complex, multi-step funnels.
  • ​Rigorously test and troubleshoot funnels to ensure they function flawlessly before launch.
  • ​Apply your design acumen to ensure our funnels are not only high-performing but also visually appealing.

Responsibilities:
  • ​Identify potential leads through various channels and maintain a comprehensive lead database.
  • ​Conduct needs-based sales conversations, present our programs, and emphasize their relevance to the client's needs.
  • ​Recommend and personalize Uplevel Entrepreneur programs to cater to each client's unique needs and financial situation. 
  • ​Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction through excellent customer service.   
  • ​Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
  • ​Stay updated on our programs, industry trends, and effectively articulate their features and benefits to clients.

Our funnels need to be both visually appealing and functionally superior to traditional funnel pages. That being said, we are looking for a skilled technician in all things ClickFunnels 2.0 and Funnel Building. Having an Extremely High Level of Proficiency in ClickFunnels (specifically version 2.0) is a REQUIREMENT. All of our landing pages, funnel pages, follow-up funnels, blog posts, membership sites, courses, and funnel hubs are developed in ClickFunnels 2.0.
  • ​Build entire funnels from scratch with multiple pages (sales funnels, membership funnels, lead magnet funnels, etc.)
  • ​Add domains and third party integrations (SMPT integrations, and payment integrations)
  • ​Build entire Follow Up Funnels, Broadcast messages and funnel automations. 
  • ​Apply advance funnel design and promote a user-friendly experience in all our funnels both for desktop and mobile experience.
